I've recently relocated to Alberta from Ontario. I believe I have a
claim against a person in Ontario (they were supposed to sell a van
for me and it ended up getting stolen/trashed).
Is it possible for a person residing in Alberta to proceed w/a Small
Claims suit against a person residing in Ontario? If so, does the
plaintiff *have* to show up in Ontario Court in person or can they
assign person to attend on their behalf?
