All,
Just over two weeks ago (3/31/05), I contacted a contractor in the
local paper to install a new sidewalk in my house. They promptly came
over the next day measured it and gave me a price and stated that they
would have the side walk done b

We ran into a dispute in our family room project. The general
contractor stopped the project and wants to sue us in court. We don't
know what to do and any legal advice is appreciated.
