Might seem like a dumb question but when someone refers to "operative
pleadings," what exactly are they referring to?
In other words, what pleading is defined as "operative" when you have a
complaint and up to five amended complaints?

I have a domain name and a small website that mainly has samples of my
music, a link to purchase a cd of my music and a photo gallery of some
