What is a "RETURN ORDER TO SHOW-PRE" ?
Probably an order to appear in court and show cause that some order
should not be entered.
My buddy lives in Florida and is a resident of Florida and his wife (I
presumed) was a resident of Florida, but they still own a home together in
NJ. there si a number to call for info about the matter, but i was hoping
to get him some type of info back.
He needs a New Jersey lawyer to advise him what to do.
