My neighbor sold his house to what I presumed to be just a couple with 2 kids. That house has a basement where a previous tenant lived, with that owner who lived above in a single family home. Now, the new occupants have been showing numerous people going in and out with keys of their own. They are illegal aliens from Mexico, with no steady work. In fact, I caught by accident, the woman of this couple leaving with a hand truck that had a large barrel of soup. She was selling a cup of that soup right in front of the house. I was told that the previous owner sold to them for the price of $530,000, which I know he was asking for when he tried to sell it with a real estate agent. Since he got rid of the agent, no one was buying, he sold to this so called couple. Is there a way one can find out how much they paid for the house? Mind you there is no real estate involved. I just cannot see how this group could afford to pay or even have the credit to buy this house. Also, if they get rowdy because of the crowd that seems to live there, when the weather gets waremer here in Brooklyn, N.Y. can I get a complaint against them for illegal occupancy of the others in the basement? Its not unusual for such going ons here in NYC, of people living illegally.
