In a civil case (California), if the Defendant's attorney takes the Plaintiff's deposition, is the Defendant supposed to pay the fee associated with transcribing/recording the deposition? I am the Plaintiff in a civil case -- my attorney's most rec

concerning settlements and agreements
My atty bullied me into out of court settlement, for a serious, on the job injury. He made sure the settlement was in "Utica Mohawk Language" and in the "form of a clincher" also, making sure this was all on the record. I didn't know what he was up to,
