I have a paper to write for school. I cannot find the answers to two
of the questions.
1. What is the ratio of Chapter 7 to Chapter 11 filings for businesses?
2. What is the typical time span for filing for Chapter 11,
confirmation, and successful completion of the reorganization plan?
I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.
