I've got a family problem. Here are the facts:
1. My elderly mother owns a house outright, which my sister has been
the sole resident of for 5+ years.
2. My father recently passed which lead to my mother's discovery that
her finances are worse off

Both my dad and brother's signature are on the title to a house trailer
that my brother lives in. My dad has paid the full cost of the
trailer. They are going to foreclose on the land contract that the
trailer sits on because my brother has not made

his way through the maze with the credit reporting companies to have any
