I have a restraining order against me in the state of California and would like to know what forms the "protected" would need if they agree to remove the order. Not that they couldn't get them from the court house I would just like to have them handy.
You should not be having any contact at all with the other party until the restraining order is removed. Providing them with these forms is itself a violation of the restraining order. The other party must take the initiative themselves to do everything that is required to remove the order. Any "help" from you is a violation of this order.
