A friend took me upstairs to see his roof-deck. The night before it
rained and there were puddles of water on the roof-deck. Coming back
in I tripped and fell down several stairs injuring my back and elbow.
There was no carpeting or covering to dry

We recently purchased lakefront property in Washington State with an
old small cabin on it. Before purchasing, we checked with the planning
dept. and found that, because of current setback requirements, we could
not increase the "footpring" of the cab
