Hi,
I have an unemployment appeal hearing coming up soon, with
sworn testimony. I'll be pro se, possibly. There may be witnesses
testifying. I need to know what grounds there are for objecting to
evidence the opposition wants to present.

Does anyone know if an oral contract made between two neghbors is binding on
their children when they pass on? Does that conveyance need to be explicit
in the agreement?
