Village sold a commercial lot next to my home - they are building an Aldis
I purchased a town home about 1.5 years ago. There was a vacant lot adjacent to the land my street of townhomes was located on that was zoned commercial. The lot finally sold, and our association informed us that the owner plans to build an Aldi's.

Student Loans and credit reports
Hello there! I recently pulled a copy of my credit report and saw that I had a late payment on my student loans show up (UGH!!). When I checked with my student loan servicer, they said that I showed up as being in forbearance during that time period.
