I purchased a town home about 1.5 years ago. There was a vacant lot
adjacent to the land my street of townhomes was located on that was
zoned commercial. The lot finally sold, and our association informed

Hello there! I recently pulled a copy of my credit report and saw that
I had a late payment on my student loans show up (UGH!!). When I
checked with my student loan servicer, they said that I showed up as
being in forbearance during that time period.
