I was recently licensed as a patent agent, and am now searching for
contract work with law firms and/or hi-tech companies that would hire
patent lawyers. Since I'm not actually an attorney, I'm a bit of a
novice at where to find jobs listed for lawyer

According to the New Jersey 2002 Home Ownership Act, charging a fee for
a Payoff quote or provide release upon prepayment is prohibited.
There is no escrow, PMI, nor prepayment penalty.
