John, You ask about trespassing on government property. You argue that you are a member of the State, that therefore this is your property, and thus this is not trespassing, The government is a legal entity. It has the right to own property

Recently I sold some items and the buyer paid by check. When I cashed the check, it was returned because he had issued a stop payment. It was almost a month since he had issued the check before I received the check back with Stop Payment printed on it.
