I am nearing the end of a drawn out settlement over an auto accident.

Hi,
I had kept a Hertz car longer than the contract.
I did not receive any calls from Hertz asking me to return the car.
They delivered a registered letter to my apartment in Manhattan, I was
not in Manhattan so did not receive the letter.

I dont know if its worth wasting my time fighting DirecTV but I think
they
did something wrong and I'm sure other people are victim of this

I bought a few DVD's of movies from the store. I created a room on
