Can one partner walk away from a corp in Ontario?
I am a partner in a corp and I want to walk away from it. How would I go about doing this? I signed on as a 1/3 partner in the corp and after the way things are going, I would like to walk away and wash my hands to it. Is this possible - maybe quick
