QUESTION: Can a 'personal support' person be subpoenaed?
A good friend of mine has been victimized by a child molester. Well, to be precise, her daughter has. I want to be there for moral support at the time of the trial. I am a Canadian, and they are in the US. - for whatever relevance that might have.
