In the Dec 3, 2006 Newark (NJ) Star Ledger, there was a human-interest
story about someone who sued Dell Computer in small claims court over a
dispute involving a repair, a lost-in-shipping laptop, and customer
service problems.
Anyway, he sued Dell

While living in Illinois last year, I filed a small courts claim
against a person in New York for a unpaid invoice for a piece of
equipment that I sold them. I won the case and tried to collect, but
to no avail.

I recently learned that CA bar allows you to sit for the bar with a
distance or non-ABA accredited degree, this sounds like such a cool
