I got into a car accident. The other guy ran a red light and he
admitted it to the police and insurance company. He also let the
insurance company know that it was his fault and he ran the red light.
Both cars were towed away and are now at a towing

The company my friend works for on accasion, when bringing in a new
head of a department, makes the department employees re-interview for
the positions and also posts the positions internally and externally.
People do lose their jobs during this proces
