I have a tenant that did not pay her rent. It is now a month late and
I served her a 3-day pay or quit notice. The 3rd day is now up and
she is still living in my house. I have talked to her and she claims
that she needs a little more time to find a

I'm just about to send out the bulk of my 1099s to my sub-contractors,
the questions I have are:
1) if they show up a few days late, is that ok?
2) there is one employee who's 1099 will be really late due to
complications (probably the end of Feb.

Hi,
I had the roof of my house replaced by a company due to hail damage
about 6 months ago. It was covered by our home insurance company less
my deductible.
6 months later I have a leak in the roof. The final check for the
