Defective merchandise - delivery charge refund?
I purchased a piece of furniture (dining table) from a local retailer in Austin, TX, and paid for delivery as well. The total was approximately $500, with $95 of that being the delivery charge. A few weeks later, the laminate on the table top bubbled

Pal, You purchased a "universal" power supply. The clerk adjusted this power supply to the correct voltage. He supplied a tip that fit your computer and maintained the correct polarity though it's labelling suggested that it was not meant to w

lock in deposit refund?
I cancelled my loan application (within 3 days) and I am being denied a refund of $350. The loan salesman sent me the policy of Amerisave with a snotty comment that "hope it was worth it". Is Washington State one of the states that require the deposit
