If Tenant Doesn't Pay Last Month's Rent
If a month-to-month tenant (in California) who has a deposit on file gives 30 days notice, then annouces that he is going to use his deposit money as the last month's rent, what's the best thing to do? I suppose I could wait 3 days, then go through
