I have been trying for a long time to find out if the "first offender
pardon" as provided by Louisiana La. Const. Art. 4 Section 5 (E) (1)
qualifies as a pardon under 18 U.S.C. 921 (a) (20). The problem is
that the federal statute doesn't define pardo

You are having a problem with your mortgage company. The problem is that
you changed the company that handles your hazard insurance. Somehow, the
lender was not notified or has no record of this change. You've tried

Is it legal to spray my neighbors annoying dog with a dog repellant
spray?
I've been spraying it over the wall, coating the pavement closest to

I have a 3 year old home with construction defects. The builder is
