Hi,
I'm being sued in superior court in California.
I was in an auto "accident" which resulted in some major damage to my
small car (totalled) but the other driver had deliberately applied the
brakes to cause a collision and his damage (to his pic

I was watching one of the crime shows on tv and it occurred to me: what do you
do if you are on your own, without any family, and you get arrested? What if
you have money in a bank account, but can't get to it?
