Been Away a Couple of Days

"Larry Smith"

However, I'm going to publish more on "character and fitness" shams used to
homogenize applicants for law licenses.
I'll try to re-enter the controversy this evening.
In the meantime you should see an e-mail I received from a staffer of the
character and fitness "ministry" of the National Conference of Bar
Examiners, just to give you a little hint that shadowy organization is a
secret police keeping secret dossiers on members of the bar, as well as
applicants for bar membership. Notice that you are entitled ONLY to your
application, not to information kept on you at NCBE.
So here it is:
Mr. Smith
Thank you for your e-mail. We did process an application for you for South
Carolina in 1997. You may request a copy of the application you submitted
but must do so by completing an order form; the cost is
$30.00+shipping/handling. If you would like an order form please provide me
with a mailing address or fax number where it may be sent to.
