I was wondering if anyone could offer me some help completing a
Probate Application Form PA1 please?
The form asks for information regarding brothers and sisters of the
deceased, along with info regarding their children. It also asks about
Aunts and Uncles and their children too.
The person who is deceased was Polish, having lived in the UK for over
50 years. I know he had at least 2 sisters, one of whom died, the
other lives in Germany.
I do not speak either German or Polish. Should I try to get an
interpreter to contact the deceased's sister in Germany to find out
this info or should I just put "nil" on the form as the deceased has
left everything in his will to his widow anyay?
What if I genuinely cannot find out this information after contacting
his sister, what should I put on the form then?
