I did it , no atty required ( saved $500 ) , All via US Mail , nothing
could be easier !!!

I wasnt even required to show-up for the hearing , and have a
certified copy of the court order , again sent to me by US Mail .

My atty told me what court and how to get the application form on-line
!
( It was so simple a procedure , it would have Bored him to tears ,
and wasted his driving too )

Paid only about $100 total , $0 parking fees !
