can a landlord legally refuse to rent me an apartment after i filed bankruptcy?
Yes, but as long as you paid up your previous apartment rent and have a job you should be OK. One nice thing about people that go bankrupt is that they no longer have protection and you can take them to court to seize assets, garnish their wages and make their life miserable. -- Best Regards, Keith AOL IM:kilowattradio NW Oregon Radio http://kilowatt-radio.org/ _Give SCO $699 for using Linux or the Penguin gets it._ Torvalds: _They are smoking crack._
