One of the items that many people over look is there home
owner or business insurance policy. If you have the insurance turn your
lawsuit over to them. There was a guy sharing copyrighted Scientology
texts several years ago via his computer and his home owners policy
covered the whole bill and supplied the lawyers.
If you don't have insurance you might as well as drag it out and
make those RIAA lawyers earn their paycheck and file for bankruptcy.
At least you could file subpoenas on RIAA members and drag them
in for depositions.
