If a woman decides to divorce her husband (who quit his job to
go back to
school at age 30, that's not the reason) He is not working and
relies on
there savings and her paycheck, can she owe him alimony ?
Wouldn't he be
liable for child support ? (they have a 6 month daughter)
Wouldn't that be
a wash ? He pay's child support and she pays alimony........
In my opinion
the judge should call it a wash...right ?
