How many times can you refile bankruptcy?
My situation...
I have an attorney and filing ch 13,(of course they are closed right
now, so I can't call and ask them). I filed the first time, our
payment did not get to the trustee in time so they dismissed the case,
and set our money back to us.
We paid the refiling fee with the attorney and filed again....
I digress
We have made our first payment and on Tuesday we will have our
hearing, our auto insurance lapsed (Cars are in the bankruptcy), we
have no money to get insurance between now and tuesday (we won't get
paid until a week later). We still have our insurance cards that show
they are not expired yet (of course its just print) will the court
verify? how big of an issue is insurance?
If the will dismiss, can we refile, yet AGAIN? (its for a different
issue of course).
Any Advice would be appreciated.
