Who says it was a false entry? To be technical, your company is making you
falsify by logging only one hour of work when you did four. Why not log 1
hour of driving for every 4 then?
The point being that the DOT has very few ways to verify your log book is
true.
The sad thing is you really are this @$#*ing stupid and ignorant. At least
if you were trolling you would have an excuse.
Who's to say it wasn't that way? Were they there watching you?
So you are encouraging falsifying log books to avoid DOT scrutiny? In
other words, A CRIME?
What they look for is the obvious mistakes. Like buying fuel when you were
200 miles down the road.
Being in the sleeper berth when you paid a toll.
Saying you drove 700 miles in one day and you did it all in Ohio.
Or it took you only 2 hours to cover 300 miles.
Other things like not checking your total hours closely.
How about the guy not to long ago who was fined big time for falsfying and
the DOT had to search 2 years worth of logs in order to find four such
entries?
How about you cite a source for that, nimrod?
When the law says they can't look beyond 6 months?
Now is that pplaying fair? IOW, if they want to nail you, they will.
Well if anybody is going to be nailed, I sure as @$#* hope it's you.
Though since you are blacklisted in the trucking industry that's going to be
kinda hard...
