Non-Payment Following Aiwa Class Action Suit

Last year there was a class action suit in which Aiwa agreed
to pay for repairs, past and future, of one of their CD
systems. Details are here -
http://www.minisystemsettlement.com/
The company was supposed to start payment on 1 May 2003, but
as yet we have seen nothing.
In September, I contacted one of the lawyers involved, who
confirmed that our application had been received and was "in
process".
What's the next step? Specifically, who do I contact in the
court system who is responsible for the settlement being
correctly carried out?

First, all the greedy lawyers have to bleed the settlement dry. Then,
you will get a tiny fraction of your losses, maybe enough for you to
buy a little beer to cry in.-Jitney
