hello
i bought a property at foreclosure last week and i went to check out the
property and the old owners are still living there! what recourse legal or
otherwise do i have. i assume that they are trespassing because i own the
property and did not give them permission to be there. can i have them
arrested or removed? someone told me i may have to do an eviction, this
doesn't make sense. they are not my tenants and i agreed to no lease with
them. one of them answered the door and told me they would be out in 3
weeks but i want them out now.
if i can't get them out immediately, is this promise to move out in 3 weeks
binding and can i have them removed in 21 days?
