Hi,
I have a friend who used to work in the US under H1B visa and he may now
decide to file bankruptcy in the US since he owed too much to creditors in
the US.... he was liad off last year and went back to his own country, he
was approved as canadian permanent resident years ago and he is now thinking
to move to Canada....
his concern is, will his bankruptcy case affect his credit in Canada? (he is
landed immigrant in Canada) and if possible, what if he files the
application with the help of attorney in the US but from within his own
country?
pls advise. thanks
