Hi, Everyone . I am preparing for E-2 visa but I have several questions that I will be grateful if any attorney would advice on any question at below. I want to start a new business instead of purchasing an existing one. I am in my treaty country and out of the United States and have an attorney in the U.S who take care. 1- Can my attorney register a "Corporation" on behalf of me ? I have sent him official translation of my documents including Identity Card and photocopy of my passport . 2- Isn't it necessary that "incorporating forms and documents" should be signed by myself . 3- Isn't it necessary that the attorney should have a registered "official power of attorney" from me to register a corporation for me? 4- Briefely, Is "presenting official translation of my documents" enough to incorporate a corporation for me by the attorney? Thanks for your advice. Kami. e-mail: kamikam763@yahoo.com
