IP Law Question

Hi,
I'm hoping to get some guidance and/or advice. I will be graduating
with my BS in Computer Science in May. I plan to attend law school
and practice Patent Law. My question is: My school is not accredited
for CS, so I'll have to apply under "Category B". I'm pretty sure
that all of my technical courses will qualify, BUT I only have a 6
credit (3+3) sequence in Chemistry as my hard science sequence (no
labs). I know that I'll have to take a sequence in, say, Physics,
before I'll be allowed to sit for the Patent Bar. However, I'd like
to graduate in May.
Will I be able to take a science sequence, at, say, my local community
college AFTER I graduate, and still be able to apply those credits to
the Patent Bar requirements? I can't seem to find a definite answer
written anywhere.
Thanks!
Marc

This shouldn't be a problem, but your best bet is to discuss this
with and get the info straight from the horse's mouth, which would be the
USPTO OED (Office of Enrollment and Discipline).
