I was told i would receive airline miles on northwest if i signed up with earthlink. They where to be posted after 2 billing cycles,this was in october, no miles. I have contacted both parties several times and never get the same answer twice. Can i sue Earthlink in civil court for breach of contract? anyone have a similar experience? TIA C/J

TIA C/J Chances are they won't show up and it is highly unlikely you'd ever see a dime or mile from them. Pester them over it until they give in or cancel the service.
