I was told i would receive airline miles on northwest if i signed up with
earthlink. They where to be posted after 2 billing cycles, this was in
october, no miles. I have contacted both parties several times and never
get the same answer twice. Can i sue Earthlink in civil court for breach of
contract? anyone have a similar experience?
TIA

Chances are they won't show up and it is highly unlikely you'd ever see a
dime or mile from them.
Pester them over it until they give in or cancel the service.

You can sue Earthlink for breach of contract if you can prove that Earthlink
made the promise.

Watch tv. Earthlink is advertising that as part of their promotion.

Therefore, you assume c/j will be able to prove that Earthlink advertised
the same promotion before c/j entered into the contract, and that c/j saw
the advertisement, or that the advertisement or a similar clause was
included in the contract, right? Maybe the contract clause that says:
"Nothing counts if it's not right here in this contract", means nothing.
Maybe it will be good enough to tell the judge: "Watch TV."
