Hello, My husband wants to get a legal separation, but he also wants
us to to buy another house and have his mother's name, my name and his
name on the purchase agreement and deed and he wants to take a
mortagage loan out and pay off our house and the rest of the loan will
be for the other house. His mother will be living in the other house,
and he said we would sell our house if we get a divorce. But what
about the house that his mother is living in, i am also responsible
for this loan(not her) and what if i want to sell that other house?
Can i force her to sell? I don't want to do any of this period, i
think it is ridiculus, seeing we may divorce, his mother is married
and they are financially fine, my husband is just looking for an
investment. But, of course he says that if I don't do it, that i don't
care about his mother and etc...and we will surely get a divorce,
right now he is not sure if he really wants one or not. Please, help
me, I am trying to protect my chldren's and mine's financial future.
