Mike Rinder admitted that the killers moved the body -- which should
have landed Rinder in jail since it's a felony to move dead bodies
unless there's a significant health reason to do so. They moved her
dead body because they wanted the Scientologist "doctor" they were
dumping the body with to otherewise cover up the body for them.
I would think you had them for various felonies if you pinned them
down on the body being moved. Why was it being moved? what was
the intention (to conceal evidence, to obstruct the course of justice,
as deliberate accessory to a manslaughter they knew about)??
Unfortunately all we have is Rinder's admission that, in so many words,
"they put her body in the van when she was already dead, and took her
to where one of our members was a doctor so they could get a death
certificate saying what was needed." Several felonies are admitted.
But felonies BY WHOM?
All Rinder has to say about the details is that "a few individual staff
went absolutely postal because someone had died in their care, and did
all these crazy things to conceal it." Now try proving otherwise,
that their actions were not ordered by, or reported to, the top.
I'll write to Clearwater and ask if it's a felony to move dead bodies in
their county just to be sure.

Title XXXII -
REGULATION OF PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS - Chapter 470 - FUNERAL
DIRECTING, EMBALMING, AND DIRECT DISPOSITION
Laws about funeral directors are irrelevant. They regulate who can
store or transport bodies FOR OTHER PEOPLE. The question here is
what you should do if someone dies when they are lodging in your home,
or in your hotel. If you took them to a hospital morgue in your own
transport, I doubt you would get more than a slapped wrist.
If OTOH they "moved the body to conceal the fact she died here,
because if that were found out we could get into criminal trouble
or civil liability"... then we are talking serious felonies.
But by whom? I doubt you can PROVE management ordered or knew of it.

They bypassed hospitals that were within running distance and took
the body to a hospital far away where there was a Scientology "doctor"
that they could dump the body with. It certainly should have resulted
in Rinder and the rest being charged with _something_.
Rinder's slip was probably not strrong enough to count as an admission
of guilt were he and his fellow killers dragged into court, I'm sure.
Unfortunately all we have is Rinder's admission that, in so many words,

Rinder since he admitted he knew about it. He was complicit in the crime
-- that one and probably the murder, in my opinion, since he must have
known they were torturing her.
All Rinder has to say about the details is that "a few individual staff
went absolutely postal because someone had died in their care, and did
all these crazy things to conceal it." Now try proving otherwise,

Ah, but the criminals can't admit that their "tech" kills people.
I'll write to Clearwater and ask if it's a felony to move dead bodies in

No worse than Christianity.

I can agree with that. Christianity even has a higher body count.
