If you continue to even sporadically infringe my photos
or HTML for no purpose but to offend, and I find out about it,
I will at least try to sue you. Why would I not, since there
is no chance you would win in court. Big hassle, but I
would probably get damages and fees, since I can show where
I tried earnestly to convince you to stop.
I assure you that I have the money and time to
back myself up.
You are very far outside your ISP agreement, and as soon
as I got their attention, they would shut you down.

Fair use was never for the purpose of offending someone,

Public billboards, with the sole purpose of "being
offensive and harassing" of non-public figures,
even without infringement are illegal.
Seeding search engines, numerous Usenet links
makes it a billboard. A public performance.
I am not a public figure that you can parodize me
in public performance, even if everything you say
about me is true. Websites are public performances.
Usenet is not, it is discussion. Ask jonathon.
But since I know that you are as untalented as you are,
I say I don't care.. have as much fun as you want,
just don't use my material. Use your own.
The fact is, you can't even take my picture on your own
camera, and then use my image in such a presentation.

I personally think you would have more fun devoting your
spare time to something that /might/ get you something more
than the drooling jeers from other 2-year-olds.
You seem interested in audio, and techie enough to
run and configure my (and other) software. Seems like
a possible opportunity to do something a lot kooler.
