Hello,
I know it's been a little while, but here's an update on my endevors so
far... I have some of the paperwork in place to start all of this. I am
also filing a lawsuit against my ex's mother for counsoling costs and
emotional distress caused by her breaking me and my ex-girlfriends up...
I mentioned that I was going to put together a Yahoo group to post my
progress, and get help with all of this. Well, here's the link to that

As far as my case and claims go, maybe i'll succeed, maybe I won't. But
maybe if I do succeed, hopefully it'll create a precident, that interfering
and breaking up someone elses family for their selfish purposes won't be
tolerated. The same goes for people who try to start affairs with men who
have families already, for people who try to call CPS on families that
aren't abusive to their own kids, for step-parents who are abusive to their
non-biological children, and other things like that.
I'm hoping that this doesn't happen either, but I suspect that i'll probably
get flamed from people who push unfair domestic violence laws on men, as far
as the fighting to dismiss the protection order part goes. I don't know why
though, because I was not abusive to my ex or her kids, and I wish I had a
camera in my old apartment at the time running 24-hours to prove it. I will
say this though. The current laws regarding protection orders make it
nearly impossible for people in my position to prove their case and get
justice. The current laws hold men accountable for everything, and the
women get to lie and purjer (sp?) themselves in protection order hearings in
order to get their way, or in my case, cover up secrets.
