I've just started my company and I would like to start making purchases,
but my problem is I do not have a business CC yet (it is in processing -
estimated 30 days wait time), is it advisable to use my personal credit
card to make purchases on behalf of the company? what are the
complications of using my personal credit card for company needs if any?
Not a problem. Go ahead and use your personal card. After you get your
business checking account and credit card, you can personally pay the
personal card debt and then have the LLC reimburse you. That creates a
record of purchases by the LLC. After you have your business card and
checking account established, it's best to never use the personal card again
for business purchases.
