Question on child visitation in Florida

Here is the scenerio (need info ASAP regarding what is the most that can be
done & how to counter-act it).
Father & mother split up (fater was abusive, so mother leaves him).
Father moves to Florida in august or september (where he lived before) &
takes with him their son (mother has other son from father before him).
Mother plans to take trip to florida in mid march to see son (still has
custody...still legally married, tried to serve divorce papers but people
handling the filing messed up on them & hasn't had the $$$ to file yet).
Father will only allow mother to see son on the condition that she does not
have anyone with her (says it will be in a public place..but for her safety
she will not be alone...he has attacked her in public before).
Can the father restrict the mother's rights to see her son? What
restrictions is he allowed to have regarding her taking him off of his
property (remember, no custody stuff yet)? What restrictions does he have
on her having anyone with her (regardless of whom they are or their reason
for being there or their personal relationship to each of the parents)?
Remember they both lived in Oklahoma, father flees with son to Florida, has
lived there for about 6 months at the time of the trip, still no custody
stuff done yet. I'm trying to help in researching laws regarding this &
trying to find out any possible outcomes or anything that can be tried just
to cause trouble (& their countermeasures against such activity). Any law
refferences would be helpful.
