Actually, it's the law we're talking about, so try a legal dictionary.
Naw, a legal dictionary ain't worth the paper it's written on, its
not even a valid primary citation in any court.
Oh, wait, the actual, factual legal definition conflicts with your
dogma so you reject it.
Oh wait, you have habitually failed, for years now, to
produce a single Colorado Statute, much less one
from the Traffic code, that equates "normal speed of traffic" with
"posted speed limit".
Since your ENTIRE argument is based upon that laughably
false premise, all the rest of your myriad postings fail like
a sand castle at high tide.
Pity your rejection doesn't change the facts.
Pity your proclamation is still false.
All you have to do is provide a Colorado
Statutory definition and/or Colorado
Case law that states simply:
"Normal Speed of Traffic" = "Posted Speed Limit"

"Naturally, the common people don't want war;
neither in Russia nor in England nor in America,
nor for that matter in Germany.
That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders
of the country who determine the policy and
it is always a simple matter to drag the people
along, whether it is a democracy or a fascist
dictatorship or a Parliament or a Communist
dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can
always be brought to the bidding of the leaders.
That is easy. All you have to do is tell them
they are being attacked and denounce the
pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing
the country to danger. It works the same way
in any country."
- Hermann Goering, Nazi Reichsmarshall
