On Memrorial day and Labor Day weekends. Been goin on for decades. California truck weigh stations write bogus tickets just to be the top ticket writing scale house. And I'll bet for every one of these two rookie cops that got caught, there's 100 more of them in every damn state in this country that haven't been caught. Would you pay a fine because the cop said you violated a law when you know you did not? I challenged a bogus ticket and won.
