I just found out the people that receive the Multnomah, OR marriage
licenses sign an agreement with the county attorney that they understand
that the marriages are a symbolic protest.
Oh well they got Portland, OR on the gay marriage map.
SUCKERS!
They did the same thing in San Francisco, so the city couldn't be sued.
The problem with the NY Mayor is that he had no authority ever to issues
marriage license, all marriage licenses in NY are issued by county clerks
and he just helped himself. That NY mayor will be facing charges and gets to
have a jury trial, dumb ass.
