Well, since we're talking about Shrub--who's definitely NOT an honest
man--I really can't say. But let's leave honesty out of it: Shrub, even
with his pathetic stupidity KNOWS that he'll get trapped if he attempts
to answer questions under oath. For one thing, without his puppeteers
pulling his strings, he wouldn't be able to put together a coherent
sentence, nor would he be able to bob and weave his way through the
questions likely to be posed. So what'll he do? Here's a hint: He's
done it before. Give up? HE'LL HIDE!! Just like he did during the
Vietnam war...

Well of course, that's true. If he's under oath and lies, that's
perjury. But if he tells the truth, he'll implicate himself in 9-11.
So he has to insist on no oath and the democrats should be pointing
out why. Clinton was forced to testify under oath in that silly
monica mess..
