Perhaps unreported trades, unnecessary trades " churning " of your account, the brokers make trades, but no money,~ to generate fees for themselves. ~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~=A0 =A0=A0=A0~The " trustees" can put your money in an Unsuitable and Inappropriate Brokerage Account, buy into a declining market and lose your money, Then petition to resign on you,~ leaving you with a legal mess, ~losses in your account and wishing your relatives had left you CDs or anything but a trust account. Losing money in the stock market is bad enough but when trustees do it in a trust fund against your stated wishes it is even worse. =A0=A0=A0=A0 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Indianapolis, Indiana town of corruption in the Courts ~town of evil ~~~~~~ But isn't this?..... be a lawyer~know a judge ~get what you want ~know two judges ~get what you want ~know certain law firms that know the probate judge, and represent National City bank and know~ or have close ties to ~ the chief judge at appeals court ~and~you don't need to follow the law or have any law applied to your rulings~~~~ then if you transfer your case to the Supreme Court in Marion County, Indianapolis,~ well you get more of the same~ Judge Randall Shepard of the Supreme Court in Indianapolis made deliberate and false assertions in the court order to dismiss rather than to hear my appeal~ Wholly Unsupported by the History LIst~the History List had Motions to Compel transcripts which the Probate Court did not deliver ~rule 40 of Forma Pauperis, written reasons are of any denial of forma pauperis are ~Required~ but in Non-compliance with Indiana law I got and can get none ~if you don't have $150-250 for lawyer ~what he is saying is he will Deny your Constitutional Right to Access to the Courts~ ~ Obstruction of Justice by the Court System ~ I did Not get my formal filed objections heard at any so called "hearings"~no lawyer there to represent the trust at $250 per hour , conflict of interest by the law firm in this matter~ this is illegal ~Unconstitutional ~but they fleece your trust account against the 14 th Amendment> Fraud upon the courts~intentional violation of due process of law~judicial acts without jurisdiction, ~ Blocking of a Lawful Conclusion of a case~Deliberate Violations of the Constitution of the United States ~ they must know each other too......they don't want your case ~want to send it back to the appeals court and don't even read your responses....there is No interest in Justice, the law applied to the case....it is just Capital that Rules......and who you know and such......Judges doing favors for each other and their friends.....if they can get away with it......they certainly try and have so far...... what a Farce in America to have this level of Corruption~ ~. They tell you if you have any questions about your account, to ask. After you ask, they don't answer back. Or provide accounting upon your request as per your legal right to get accounting as per the Probate Codes, Laws , Rules. IC 30-4-3-6 Duties of the Trustees. =A0~ As a added bonus these so called "trustees" we believe and see from fees "churn" your account,, with their "house brand" mutual funds, make a lot of transactions each month, fees for themselves, but no money. =A0=A0=A0=A0~ At National City Bank In Indianapolis, the "trustees" use the "Armada Funds" that flotilla of sinking, leaking ships, that keeps sinking in value. They dump all or mostly all of your money in it. As it goes down you might get a form letter explaining how bad stocks are doing and such.....If you write them often enough. ~I think I saw a message clearly marked on the side of the Armada Funds saying " Ship High In Transit " ~But you see all this movement of stocks and transactions in the funds with no money being made..see money wired to different funds. They didn't send us accounting when we asked for it ~ They even write the =A0 "sole purpose of the hearing is to resign" we never got or were able to get Probate Judge C. J. Deiter to Compel the Requested Accounting, get a court requested Audit and the required and requested Annual Accounting, ~ As reported in the "The Ruth Lilly" case Judge Deiter got a donation personally for his election from this association with National City bank and his involvement via the Ruth Lilly Case. But some observers of the court system said as long as there are big banks and prominent law firms involved, close scrutiny of cases like this isn't likely.. '" Even in a town like Chicago, " said Murphy. " they couldn't get away with it here. I mean , they simply couldn't get away with it." "The terrible truth about lawyers" and also Judges with ties to the big banks. As noted in a excellent reply to this by Bob Grumbine writes: " Complicating the lawyer situation is that any Bank Trustee has an ample supply of business to spread around among them so that every lawyer in town has a "conflict of interest" about ever taking any substantive action against the retainer paying banks. Taking your money in fees for consultation, of course. But taking action against any of the banks, no." There are precedent cases against National City for "mismanagement of a trust fund. One right now by First American Bank of Indiana against National City. Other precedents cases against National for their Negligence, Unsuitability, Fraud. Misrepresentations, Unauthorized Trading. provided by the Secretary of State in Indiana. . ~There is no law applied to asking for CDs or asking questions concerning any matter related to your account in a trust fund, in fact you have the legal right to ask questions about your account IC 30-4-3-6. ~Then
