This is number 9805413. I'm not sure what that stands for but I can't find it on any of the major sites. It is supposed to contain a reference to Ram, 1995. I am also looking for a case that appears to have literally disappeared. A bloke named McNamara was to go to the Court of Appeal last year over disputed fingerprint evidence. This is what you are looking for I think - [2000] 1 Cr App Rep 351, [2000] Crim LR 108. Any of the references will be easily available if you go to a library with law reports. This is number 9805413. I'm not sure what that stands for but I can't find it on any of the major sites. It is supposed to contain a reference to Ram, 1995. I am also looking for a case that appears to have literally disappeared. A bloke named McNamara was to go to the Court of Appeal last year over disputed fingerprint evidence. He was granted leave, and then nothing... Entirely possible it hasn't got to the CoA yet.
